Nocturne Harvest Collection
Where It Began
Nocturne Harvest began as an invitation to step outside my creative comfort zone. A Spoonflower design challenge inspired me to create an Opulent Halloween collection, and while I already knew I wanted to design something for the season, I hadn’t yet found the right direction. Rich jewel tones, intricate line work, and elegant details aren’t my usual style, so this collection became an opportunity to experiment while staying true to the hand-painted watercolor look I love.
As the hero pattern came together, it naturally inspired the rest of the collection. pumpkins, ravens, moons, florals, and delicate botanical details evolved into coordinating prints, stripes, and blenders that all worked together beautifully. My goal was to create a Halloween collection that felt timeless and refined. Something that could bring the warmth and beauty of autumn into a coastal home without feeling overly spooky or traditional.
