I’ve always believed the places we love become part of who we are. They shape our memories, influence our traditions, and quietly become part of the story we tell through the homes we create.
Growing up in Florida, years of military life, and eventually putting down roots in Alabama all shaped the way I see home. Every move taught me that home isn’t simply a place. It’s something we create through the people we love, the memories we keep, and the spaces we surround ourselves with.
Salted Vinegar Studios grew from that belief.
What began as painting coastal landscapes has evolved into designing timeless surface pattern collections inspired by the places, traditions, and quiet moments that make a house feel personal. My collections are created to work together, helping homeowners, manufacturers, and licensing partners build products and spaces that feel warm, welcoming, and collected.
When I’m not designing, you’ll usually find me exploring the coast, spending time with my family, or finding inspiration in the everyday details that often become the starting point for a new collection.

Finding Inspiration
Every collection begins with a place, a memory, or a quiet moment that stays with me. Sometimes it’s a beach walk. Sometimes it’s vintage architecture or a family tradition. I begin with sketches and let each collection evolve naturally.
Designing with Purpose
I design complete collections rather than individual patterns. Hero prints, coordinates, and blenders are designed to work together so they can be mixed across wallpaper, fabric, home decor, and licensed products.
Bringing Collections Home
The most rewarding part of what I do is seeing these collections becoming part of someone’s everyday life. A nursery. A beach cottage. A favorite reading chair. A kitchen where memories are made.
